How payment works

• After we agree on your package and project details, you’ll receive a link to pay a 50% deposit. Work begins once the deposit is paid.
• The remaining 50% balance is due when your website is complete, before it is launched or handed over.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Katchy Web Designs never sees or stores your full card details.

Deposits are non-refundable

The 50% deposit reserves your spot and covers planning and design time, so it is non-refundable, including if you cancel before work begins.

Final balance

The final balance is due once your website is complete and you’ve had the chance to use your included revision rounds. If you choose not to continue with the project after it is complete, the final balance is not charged, but the website will not be launched or handed over.

Revisions and changes

• Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed on the pricing section. A revision round is one consolidated set of changes within the agreed design.
• Extra pages or starter enhancements start at $50. Larger changes or custom features are quoted before any work begins.

Optional hosting + light care ($25/month)

• Hosting is optional and billed monthly through Stripe, starting when your website launches.
• You can cancel anytime by emailing info@katchywebdesigns.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; partial months are not refunded.
• Includes one small update request per calendar month, up to 15 minutes. Unused time doesn’t roll over.

Domains and third-party services

Domains and any paid third-party services are purchased and owned by you, directly with the provider. They are separate from the website design price and optional hosting.
